I will leave you with some poems, since I found them very sweet or compelling to the mind.
Autumn Morning
An hour ago I could not see for mist
These hills that now are rich in green and gold-
Under a sky of palest amethyst,
And in an air benignant, shrewd and cold.
Hardly perceptible is any change:
Rime on the grass, and stillness as of prayer
Each morning; and it strikes the heart as strange
To find some branches are already bare.
Each tingling dawn the winter draws more near,
While time stands breathless, rapt in loveliness,
Staying awhile the passage of the year
To gaze upon the woods' brocaded dress;
And I, when one leaf flutters from a branch,
Think it the signal for an avalanche.
Blind
I cannnot see;
Yet God gives shining dreams to me
Of rainbow and of golden-fruited tree.
How many go
Who, seeing yet sightless, never know
How blue the ocean is, how white the snow.
And I shall gaze
Enraptured on the Ray of Rays-
Brighter, perhaps, for all my darkened days.
Both by Maynard.

hummm....what should you read? I think you have a mind of your own don't you? You live 3 blocks from the library, go pick out a book were the title is in bigger print then the author's name. That is a sure fire bet that it is not a promotional scheme. P.S. you should never leave your sister unattended, she might leave something on your blog. HEEEEHEEEE
...wish I had your time to read....
Go Chesterton or Dickens.
